Q2. Can I visit your farm or factory?
Yes, we welcome visits from buyers. However, we kindly ask that you do not come without an appointment. Please note that visits may not be available during busy periods. Contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
Q3. How much tea do you produce annually?
While yields vary depending on climate conditions, we typically harvest around 200 tons of tea leaves per year.
Q4. Is Nanaki’s matcha ceremonial or culinary grade?
All of Nanaki’s matcha exceeds ceremonial grade standards. We do not produce or handle low-grade culinary matcha.
Q5. Where is Nanaki’s matcha grown?
Our tea is grown in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture - known not only for the F1 Grand Prix but also for its ideal climate for high-quality tea cultivation.
Q6. Which shipping carriers do you use, and what’sthe lead time?
We mainly use EMS, DHL, and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your region. Expedited shipping is also available.
Q7 Do you provide documents for customs clearance?
Yes. Required documents vary by country, so please let us know what is needed for your destination. Some documents may take extra time to prepare.
Q8. Do you provide samples?
Yes, paid samples are available. Please select from the sample products listed on our website.
